Kay Creative launched on July 8, 2020 in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. We saw the strain that the pandemic was putting on small businesses in particular and wanted to be able to help them through growing their presence online!
Online marketing can often times be overlooked by small businesses owners for a number of different reasons. However, when most businesses were forced to shutdown, online communication became even more crucial. We believe that visibility is credibility. Therefore, without having your business visible online, you are likely missing out on several potential clients.
Upon launching on July 8, 2020, we had our first client contact us on July 13th! Since then, Kay Creative has worked with 7 different businesses helping them market online! Those different businesses ranged from a hospital, a private school, two coffee shops, a lawn care business, another marketing firm, and a in-home care business. Some of our online marketing included social media marketing, email marketing, website creation, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)! We build 4 different websites this first year of business and are active on 4 different social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest!
Some fun things that have happened this first year include getting business cards and logoed apparel!
My amazing cake was put together by my sister-in-law, Calissa, and the cake topper was customized by Sam's Crafty Cats!
Despite the many challenges that come in your first year of businesses, it has been a wonderful first year full of learning! Thank you to everyone who has continued to support Kay Creative in this new adventure!
